Heather Nabozny-Capp joined the firm in 2009 as an associate. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2005 where she graduated with Honors, and obtained her J.D. from Albany Law School where she received a Certificate of Concentration in Family & Elder Law. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nabozny-Capp served as  a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sheldon R. Franklin, J.S.C. in the Family Division of Ocean County Superior Court. 

Ms. Nabozny-Capp was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar as well as the New York State Bar in 2008. She is also qualified as a Family Law Mediator under R. 1:40.

Ms. Nabozny-Capp is a member of the Monmouth County Inns of Court, Family Division, Monmouth County Young Lawyers and the New Jersey, Monmouth and OCean County Bar Associations.
